y is it so hard to believe that in the target image, the monitor wasnt painted as well? it doesnt go over the screen. you photoshop homos only use a computer to generate and manipulate other peoples art because your hands shake too much from masterbating to start trek and anime to be able to do anything that requires a steady hand.

They are two angles of the same area. One angle shows it if you are standing in the right spot to see it in 3d. The second shot is off that angle so you can see how it was painted.

Then I looked at the target one and it DOES go over the monitor! If it isn't faked, then it is at least touched up in an art package.

I say it's very possible that they're photoshopped, but to the ones implying that it's impossible to be done by hand are blatantly moronic. This work could have been done either way, it seems to me, very simple to do what this artist has done in real life, and all you'd need is patience, a transparent paper with some random shape on it and a projector. it doesn't take a genius to paint inside the lines, to make all the lines juuust so as he seems to have done is a bit far fetched, and what oracle said is true, there is "paint" on a monitor in the target painting which would suggest that the artist really did paint the walls so that it would seem like a geometrical object at a certain view point BUT photoshopped the images taken from that certain view point just a small bit so that you can more clearly see what shape he was trying to make.
Is this not an acceptable theory?

simply because you may not be able to produce real-life artwork yourselves and are instead damned to a life of photoshop doesnt mean everyone else in the world is also incapable of producing art. this tpe of work is similar to perspective drawing you sometimes see people do on the sidewalk with chalk, only forming the intended image when viewed from a certain angle. perhaps instead of trashing an artist's talents and abilities, you should begin developing your own (outside of a photoshop environment. life isn't lived from the filter gallery!).

indeed these images *may be photoshopped, but not in the way you might think. the only things that *may be photoshopped are the brightness or the color to make it easier to see. its called perspective art, and its real. its the same idea as this: http://images.google.com/images?q=sidewalk+art

My theory:
Take the last picture for example:
Stick up some gaffer tape to form a cross across the middle of the room.
Project a light sources at about head height onto the room at the tape.
Turn the lights out and trace the shadows formed on the walls behind the tape.
Go back and color the traces in.
Remove tape.
Take a picture from the same perspective as the light source.
Thats just my theory, I may be totally wrong.
Photoshopped? nahh, thats probably more effort that my method.

I say real, in the yellow boxes, the reflections from the floor are correct, which is hard to do with photoshop, plus if you takes intersections with windows and doors, they equal out to the same place on the other image. They are not Photoshopped. Period.
Interesting idea, probably takes some skill, want one...

imagine with me, if you will, that a person, an artist, say, has in his or her position a tool. with this tool, vast calculations can be performed in simulated environments. with sufficient creativity and savvy in the field of manipulating said tool an image projected on a rendered 3d surface could be generated, accompanied by the calculated dimensions needed to compensate the image for angle and perspective for a given plane. in this bizarre and uncouth, hypothetical world, points might then be plotted back into a "real" 3d environment, connected, and then filled in appropriately. with very little calculation by the artist, such an undertaking, as to create a 2d image from a given angle projected onto a 3d surface in a real life environment, would be just possible enough to work.
